Immigration

July 22, 2008

Information-There is 100 million mexicans. Factories are being built in Mexico like crazy. Mexico is not a poor country. It has lots of resources. The problem is the rich are really rich ( the richest man in the world Carlos Slim is in Mexico) and the poor are really poor. My solution is make illegal aliens legal. NOT CITIZENS

Problems

  1. Profit will keep this going
  2. Border is a national security problem
  3. Health Care is a big probem
  4. Education is going down
  5. Outsourcing jobs
  6. Fences wont work George S Patton "Fixed fortifications are monuments to the stupidity of man"

Solutions

  1. Making illegal aliens legal takes the profit out of it. (of course no anchor babies)
  2. Lets America know who is here. Everybody gets a permit of there is huge fines.
  3. Make every company who hires hire a legal alien have health care for them.
  4. Only citizens get dependants, aliens get taxed at single rate to rebuild schools
  5. There is only 100 millions Mexicans, if EVERY Mexican comes to America, We only increase by 25%, but who would work at all the jobs down in Mexico.
  6. Border Patrol wont be overwhelmed, They can actually do their job.

High Gas Prices

June 22, 2008

I need to go over high gas prices.

  1. Increased demand from other countries
  2. Inflation. The weak dollar is making everything go up. The cost of most thing have actually went up even more than gas. Gold is an example, please dont post items that have only went up alittle compared to gas. Some items have went up alittle, some alot. We dont need to go over that.
  3. Decreased capacity. This is the reason I wanted to discuss. Half of the refineries have SHUT DOWN. Yes I said delibertly shut down. Why? To increase profits not production.  It is better to run one refinery at 100 percent than two refineries at 52 percent. I dont understand why people say  we need to build more refineries, all we need to do is start the old ones back up. But again, they shut them down for a reason, to make money, the refineries are going to stay closed so demand and profits stay high.

Conservative Goverment including Gun Laws

March 9, 2008

I had a request to do a post on gun laws. I look at all laws that intrude on my liberties the same. Here is a list of laws i think the goverment should be more conservative on. Ask yourself if you want the govermant tell you how to live.

  1. Guns- All people should be able to own guns. I know some democrats want to deny children, mental ill, and felons to own machine guns but i do not agree. ( that Hillary. PS Kerry and Nader were supporting guns last election.)
  2. Drugs- Throwing 50 year olds in jail for a joint is crazy. Save those expensive cells for real prisoners. Plus revenue from taxes instead of expenses of officers would lower goverment spending. (Say no to the Reagan war on drugs)
  3. Censorship- No need for the goverment to tell me what to read. (Bushs campaigh promise was to add censorship. read my other post.)
  4. Religion- If you let the goverment tell your church what to do, where will it stop. How about outlawing mixed marriage, non-catholic marriage.
  5. Medical- Some religions believe in no doctors. Some believe birth control is a sin. Missouri just celebrated the 40th anniversary of the repeal of...

Inflation can cause many problems

March 1, 2008

  1. Increasing uncertainty may discourage investment and saving.
  2. Redistribution
    • It will redistribute income from those on fixed incomes, such as pensioners, and shifts it to those who draw a variable income, for example from wages and profits which may keep pace with inflation.
    • Similarly it will redistribute wealth from those who lend a fixed amount of money to those who borrow. For example, where the government is a net debtor, as is usually the case, it will reduce this debt redistributing money towards the government. Thus inflation is sometimes viewed as similar to a hidden tax.
  3. International trade: If the rate of inflation is higher than that abroad, a fixed exchange rate will be undermined through a weakening balance of trade.
  4.  Because the value of cash is eroded by inflation, people will tend to hold less cash during times of inflation.
  5. Menu costs: Firms must change their prices more frequently, which imposes costs, for example with restaurants having to reprint menus.
  6. Relative Price Distortions: Firms do not generally synchronize adjustment in prices. If there is higher inflation, firms that do not adjust their prices will have much lower prices relative to firms that do adjust them. This will...

Inflation

February 29, 2008

Hey inflation is great. Nothing like my Nasdaq funds  going from 700 to 2770 (almost +400% under Clinton) then back down from 2770 to 2300 (thats a -17% loss under Bush. Gdp growth under Clinton Was 3.6%, Bush 2.6%. We dont need a retirment, we dont need to be able to buy anything with what money we do have left, The dollar just hit record lows, now thats buying power (wink)

Tax Rebate

February 29, 2008

President Bush said each one of us would get $300.00, it was $800.00 but they dropped it to $300.00 tax rebate. If we spend that money at Wal-Mart, all the money will go to China , if we spend it on gasoline it will all go to the Arabs, if we spend it on a new car, it will go to Japan, and neither of these will help the American economy. Of course, i need mine, that last rebate cost me an extra $1500 a year in property taxes. I guess you can lower income taxes but we still have to pay the teachers and military ( and all of the other bills).

How Bush RAISED your taxes

February 17, 2008

Bush spent more money, therefore even though he "put it on the credit card" you still ended up having to pay for it. Here is how.

  1. Debt, you still actually owe it. The national debt is still there (or bigger). Its the difference between a 15 yr morgage and a 30 yr. The 30 yr payments are LOWER, just like your tax payment can be lower. Over time you pay a more
  2. inflation, take ur check and go buy something. Gold for example has went from $200 to $900 since Bush has been in office. Has your check went up like that. Also gas, food, housing, etc The dollar has lost 40%. So that is like taking 40% of your check before you even get it. Wouldnt you rather tax a billionaire than everybody, especially the retired fixed income, the poor, the elderly.
  3. Property taxs, my property taxes has went up and up, how about yours. That first Bush tax cut of $50 cost me $1000 in property taxs.
  4. Licenses and fees, Title a car. The cost has rose from $15 to $90, Get a Non resident deer permit. That permit has $125 to $425, court costs $35 to $225
  5. Bracket Tax,...

What would Reagan do

January 22, 2008

I have been hearing that over and over. Lets see what he did, maybe that will tell us what he would do.

  1. Largest tax hike in California history. Raised taxes 3 times as President.
  2. Pro-choice governor.
  3. Granted amnesty to illegal aliens.
  4. Pulled out of Lebanon after a huge loss of American troops. (cut and run)

Lets look at George W Bush in 2004

  1. Biggest handout in history, prescription drug benifit he passed
  2. Amnesty for illegal aliens.
  3. Censorship as a major campaign promise.

Just for kicks how about Bill Clinton

  1. Doubled the border patrol
  2. Balanced the budget
  3. Lowered executive branch employment (conservatively made the goverment smaller)

See if you can guess this consevative President.

  1. Pro National Defense (hint made the Russians back down)
  2. Pro Tax Cuts
  3. NRA Member

Did you figure it out. JFK.  Probably he would be to conservative for the Republicans today like Ron Paul was

Did Clinton Lie?

January 19, 2008

I had to explain this twice yesterday. Now it is time to put it in my website. The legal description of sodomy is any sexual act which does not lead to procreation. For example-- Monica walks into Bills office a virgin. Does what is said she did. Then Monica leaves a virgin. Did she leave the office a virgin cause she did or didnt have sex. LISTEN He did not have sex with her, he sodomized her. If he had said otherwise, THEN he would have purgered himself. I also find it amazing that in 8 years that is the only thing bad you hear about. Over and over, i hear--We had 8 great years, but Monica.

Free Speech

January 17, 2008

History--President Bush made a campaign promise to increase censorship. Ask Larry Flint and Howard Stern about censorship ( Stern quit his job when Bush was reelected). Now the fairness act is being talked about. The talk shows are saying that free speech is being supressed. All it says is that if one party is heard the other gets heard. Remember when Clinton would talk on the TV then the Republicans would have the same amount of time afterwards.

Conservative?

January 12, 2008

Ron Paul was laughed at in the debates for his conservative views. He was told the republicans are no longer conservative since 9-11. The right- wing talk shows are calling Pat Buchanan a dinosaur. Reagan said stay out of the middle east. Moral conservatism is wanting the goverment to tell us what to do.

Lower Tax Lie

January 11, 2008

This is an election year. I was not going to post political things, but for now i think i will get some things out of my mind. First, let me say I'm a proud taxpaying American. My grandpa who was a WW2 vet taught me that. He also said he was happy to pay taxes, cause it meant he was making money. Dont like our American taxes, go to Mexico. Now, first let me say that there are bills we pay as a goverment and its called the budget (thats real tax). Taxes are what we pay of the bills. When you lower taxes, somebody still owes for the bills. When we spend more, your real taxes go up. You might have noticed when your income taxes go down, your propery taxes go up. Now for me, my Bush income tax cut was $50 but my property taxes went up $1500. Also who is the tax cut for, the Reagan tax cut droped the taxes for the rich 15%, but for the lowest 20 % of the population it went UP 15%. Now for an example. You pay $20 in taxes to your wife to get you some shoes. She goes to the store and buys a...
