Rules & Regulations 1. All bucks must have at least a 16-inch outside spread before they may be harvested. A fee will be charged to any hunter who harvests a buck with less than a 16-inch outside spread. This does not include button bucks that are mistaken for does. 2. All hunters must provide their own safety belt or harness and use it at all times when in a tree stand. 3. All hunters are required to wear knee-high rubber boots at all times while hunting, tracking, or recovering deer. Any non-rubber boots, including those that are advertised as scent eliminating boots, will not be allowed. Neoprene boots are not rubber boots. 4. Absolutely no refunds due to no permits. No refunds due to weather. No refunds are allowed at all. Guitarterry make no guarantees, either oral or written, as to the success of the hunt. 5. Absolutely no deer drives are allowed on our property. 6. Absolutely no rattling is allowed on our property without permission. Grunt calls, doe bleat calls, and turkey calls are the only calls that may be used while hunting unless approved by guide. 7. All hunters must sign a waiver of liability form prior to hunting. Hunter must include in writing the type of service provided, dates of the service, cost of the service and the fact that there is no refunds. 8. All hunters must report all wounded and killed deer. 9. All hunters must follow all state and federal hunting regulations. To do so will result in an immediate termination of all hunting privlidges and outfitters obligations 10. All hunters must show hunting license and permits prior to hunting. Also all hunters must supply in writing the hunting license and permit numbers. 11. Any hunter who receives a ticket for a hunting violation will be responsible for paying the fine as well as any subsequent fines that the guides/outfitters may receive. 12. Your right to hunt may not be assigned to someone else without our written consent. No refunds. The outfitter reseves the right to cancel and return moneys for any hunt or hunter. 13. Hunters are required to take pictures of all animals harvested. Guitarterry reserves the right to use the pictures of all animals harvested for promotional use. 14. Any violation of the above rules will result in cancellation of the hunt with no refund. 15. Not responsible for any property due to theft of loss. |
